Abnormal Inhumane - Consuming The Infinity

Abnormal Inhumane - Consuming The Infinity.jpg

Recently signed to the international appreciated label New Standard Elite, Abnormal Inhumane have brought out this banger of an album called ‘Consuming The Infinity’. The technicality has been spewed out since 2011 when the first release ‘Disgusting Cruelty Of Homicide’ came out through Anopsys Records. Since then, no full length has been spawned. Until now.

‘Consuming the Infinity’ came out in the end of 2016 through New Standard Elite. If you are familiar with the label New Standard Elite, you will probably know that they are very picky on releases and choosing bands for their roster. Only the high-quality bands will get signed by the label and Abnormal Inhumane has certainly that potential. After listening to the previous release of Abnormal Inhumane, I heard a lot of difference. Especially in the professionalism of the sound quality and production. The previous album has got a monotone sound to it. After listening to the first few seconds of the first song ‘Vortex Of Unending Phenomena’, I can hear the difference straight away.

You can hear the ‘iconic’ New Standard Elite snare, which numerous bands have on the label. The whole production gives the whole album such of a boost. The music reminds me of brutal death metal-Nile. The Nile-style of attributes, give the own style of brutal death metal that Abnormal Inhumane handles, something extra. The song ‘Orbs Of Spiritual Disintegration’ has an element in it which is different than the previous three songs. The song is groovier than the previous two. It seems that Abnormal Inhumane has more tricks up their sleeves.

Halfway through the second part of ‘Consuming The Infinity’ I’ve stumbled upon my favourite song of the album. ‘Galactic Conquest’. The reason why? The memorable opening riff. Such a chest-bursting riff. Alongside blasting riffs, the grooves are present in this song. Such of a killer track. Certainly the stand-out track on ‘Consuming The Infinity’.

If you can’t stand a constant train-on-the-loose-style of blasting, then this isn’t your style. Abnormal Inhumane is a machine without a doubt. However, in the second part of the album, Abnormal Inhumane is losing it up. Not in a bad way by any means, in a good way. The grooves are coming but in a fast pace. I love it how the whole technicality isn’t overdone. The space-theme mixed with the groovy technicality brutal death metal of Abnormal Inhume is a perfect combination.

Verdict: A new New Standard Elite blaster has appeared on the surface. Abnormal Inhumane delivers an human powered rocket blaster. No stopping this beast. For me this album is a 9,5 out of 10 for sure.
